I think my spouse is cheating; are there certain warning signs
that I should look out for?
Although there are common warning signs exhibited by many cheaters,
it is not full proof. Some cheaters will exhibit no warning signs
while some may exhibit many; generally speaking the more warning
signs your spouse exhibits , the more likely he/she is cheating.
The best indicator, however, is your instinct. You may click on

Signs.
How much can I expect to pay for a Cheating Spouse Investigation?
Each case is different and there is no way in determining how much
it will cost. Cost will be determined by how many investigators
are involved as well as the duration of the investigation. Magnum
Investigations provides superb investigative services and there
simply is no other agency that will provide the results that we
do without getting caught. You truly will get what you pay for and
if the investigator is caught you will not get a second chance.
Therefore, we do not provide the cheapest service, however we guarantee
to provide the best service available when it comes to Cheating
Spouse Investigations.
How long will a Cheating Spouse Investigation last?
There is no way in determining the duration of this type of investigation.
Some cases could last several hours while other could last several
weeks. Much is determined by the Cheater and his/her activity. Obviously
the more frequent he/she is cheating the better chances of successfully
completing the case in a shorter period of time. Many Cheaters are
unpredictable and have no particular pattern; therefore it might
take much longer to obtain success. Whereas many cheaters are so
caught up in the passion of the affair that they engage in predictable
reckless behavior and it doesn't take long to catch him/her.
What is the Next Step?
You need to decide on how many hours you wish to retain our investigators.
We will then prepare a contract that will outline the services that
we will provide. Once signed, you may fax the contract and mail
the hard-copy along with the retainer. Magnum Investigations, LLC
requires a retainer before commencing any investigation; all investigative
services will be billed against that retainer.
How much is the retainer?
A retainer is a portion of the estimated cost of the investigation;
therefore the retainer is based upon how many hours of surveillance
you decide on. Investigative services will then be billed against
the retainer. At the completion of the case we will inform you of
the balance; upon satisfying any outstanding balances we will release
all investigative findings.
Do you accept credit cards?
The only form of payment that we do not accept is credit cards because
the demand simply is not there. Having an "Investigative Agency"
appearing on your credit card statement could possibly alert your
spouse thus jeopardizing the integrity of the entire investigation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cashiers check, certified check, personal check, business
check, money order, wire transfer, and cash. However, if paying
via check, no investigation will commence until the check clears
the bank. If paying via wire-transfer there will be a service charge
of $25.
How quickly can you start an investigation?
The answer is as quickly as you would like to start; it all depends
on how quickly you submit a signed contract and retainer. Keep in
mind, if you are paying your retainer via check, we will need to
wait until the check clears the bank before commencing the investigation.
How confidential is the investigation?
Every case is kept strictly confidential. All calls, including the
initial consultation, are confidential even if you decide not to
retain us. Every case is handled in a very discreet and professional
manner.
Will you provide me with copies of the video-tape?
Yes. You will be provided with copies of any video-tapes, audio
tapes, diagrams, photographs, as well as a detailed report.
Can I use the evidence in court?
Our services are legally admissible in court; in other words our
reports can be used in court as evidence to help prove your case.
We also offer courtroom testimony/ Expert testimony.
Can we have a face-to-face consultation?
